Lucas Menget

French reporter and author

Lucas Menget is an award-winning French reporter and author. He has covered wars and conflicts for radio and television and was a long-time correspondent in Baghdad. Lucas was editor-in-chief of the French news channel ITélé, then deputy director of the France Info radio. He is currently a foreign editor at the LCI channel and a documentary filmmaker. He directed “Baghdad, Chronicle of a besieged city,” for Arte TV. He is the author of several books. His 2022 book Nages Libres celebrates the freedom that comes with swimming.
